 We will be able to address areas of needs areas—for example, cultural and systemic stumbling blocks and a road map on how to move forward.

 We determine the timeline, roles and responsibilities, resources (practical tools, budget of both hard and soft costs), steps, communications, metrics, and methodologies.

 Implementation is only as good not as the plan but as the people who are committed to executing the plan. 

 We are creating a feedback loop, methods of testing success and adoption rates.

 Take the new information and make changes to the new system and/or process until you meet the predetermined metrics during the planning phase.

 Repeating the process creates cycles and concretizes the new habits, mindsets, and cultures you desire for yourself and your company.
